Tai Chi Energies –

This method of learning Tai Chi Qigong uses the mindful practice of internal energy meditation and is deeply restorative, regenerative, and invigorating. Applying Tai Chi principles of mindfulness for self-care and restoration provides you with perspectives and tools for managing stress and fatigue on physical, mental, and emotional levels.

Tai Chi Master Rod Ferguson has been a full-time professional Tai Chi Qigong teacher for 45 years. Rod has presented the very popular morning Tai Chi Qigong on the Village Green for many years now, and some consider it the highlight of their festival experience. Rod has a deep knowledge of all things Tai Chi and Qigong and is excited to be able to share with you an ‘easy-to-understand’ exploration of practical techniques that can be used every day to achieve a continued improvement in your well-being for as long as you live. Each year, Rod brings out another level of understanding, refreshing our enthusiasm.
