NSW SENIORS STEP OUT GET ACTIVE DAY Royal National Park
Tai Chi is a non-strenuous recreational exercise for keeping your mind & body healthy. It is very easy to learn and gives immediate results in relief from stress and aches & pain. It is known to improve relaxation and treat arthritis, asthma, diabetes, Parkinson’s & Alzheimer’s diseases. It is recognised by medical authorities as the best exercise to Increase balance & stability and prevent falls. Health benefits are derived from Tai Chi’s slow, gentle and tranquil movements which enable harmony in mind and body, improved mobility, and mental alertness. The beginners’ class will take place along the tranquil banks of the Port Hacking River with a fully qualified senior instructor from the Australian Academy of Tai Chi.
