Now is the Time to Enjoy Tai Chi and Qigong

Apr 19, 2013   //   Classes Updates, General Updates

Take positive action to ensure your long-term health and well-being! It is up to each one of us to look after our own well-being, and find at least 30 minutes to move our body each day! If there is any range of movement that we don’t use daily we will “lose it” – the remedy is as easy as “use it” without causing any harm. What better way to exercise than to include mindful meditation and stress relief along with the physical movement of our body.

Avoid long periods of inactivity – Remember: – Anything that stays still for too long becomes stagnant – Movement without strain nurtures – Movement is Medicine!

Just do it, you can’t afford to neglect your health!
