Tai Chi & Qigong: The Art AND the Science

During the seminar, you will learn about authentic Tai Chi and Qigong arts, directly from the source! Cultivate your Jing essence, circulate your Chi energy, and nurture your Shen spirit.

Each session is a mixture of theory and practice that explores the essence of the arts and the philosophies they developed from.

Beside the health information & philosophy, you will be provided with practical training in Qigong, Tai Chi, Massage, plus the latest scientific explanation of age old Chinese skills. It is a weekend of relaxation and revitalization. It may even transform your life.
