If winter scared you indoors, now is the time to take positive action to ensure your long-term health and well-being! Term 4 starts the week of Oct 4th – the schedule is on the web, so you can check out venues and times for all classes. Also, now is a great time to join a park session for some very relaxing Qigong. Approaching fast now, Grandmaster Gary Khor & Master Rod Ferguson have been invited to present at two upcoming conferences in Dunedin in New Zealand in November:- “The Australian New Zealand Geriatric Medicine” conference and the “Australian New Zealand Falls Prevention” conference. At the Falls Prevention conference there will be:- a morning Tai Chi workshop, an oral presentation on ‘Translating Research into Practice’, and a poster presentation ‘Falls prevention Across the Continuum’.
