A WORKSHOP “Healthy Ageing Life Nurturing” was held on Saturday 17th March at the Ningi Community Hall, with Senior Master Rod Ferguson, using selected Tai Chi and Qigong flow patterns will guide you through the centuries-old stress release and relaxation techniques of these heart calming and rejuvenating exercises. There will be a focus on the essential principles to reveal your perfect practice.
